UN Women Albania – EXPO Satellite 2024

Delta Pharma Adria proudly participated in the EXPO Satellite 2024, organized by UN Women Albania, within the session dedicated to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). The workshop focused on Gender Action Planning in Companies, aligning closely with our commitment to promoting gender equality and building a workplace where women can thrive.

As a WEPs partner, our company remains dedicated to advancing women’s rights and ensuring equal opportunities for all. Participating in this forum allowed us to exchange ideas with like-minded organizations and contribute to meaningful progress within Albanian businesses.

A special highlight of the event was the fair showcasing artisanal products crafted by women-led small enterprises. It was truly inspiring to connect with these women, learn about their initiatives, and see how they are challenging stereotypes while supporting their families, communities, and cultural heritage.
