16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

As part of the UN Women Albania campaign “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence,” Delta Pharma Adria concluded its participation with an internal seminar dedicated to raising awareness and promoting prevention within our organization and beyond.

The seminar focused on addressing violence in the workplace, in families, and throughout society.

 

We had the honor of hosting Ms. Nadia Duni, expert and project coordinator at the Center for Legal Civil Initiatives, who shared valuable insights and practical tools for recognizing and responding to different forms of violence.

Her contribution enriched our understanding of how to support victims, intervene when witnessing abuse, and create a culture of trust and accountability.

 

This initiative reaffirmed our ongoing commitment to being an active voice in the fight against gender-based violence and to promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all.
