How to have healthy skin?

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect yourself from the sun, as long-term exposure to the sun can cause dark wrinkles and blemishes. Therefore dermatologists advise to use a protective cream with SPf both in winter and summer.

But healthy skin is also closely linked to the healthy behaviors and food we consume

1 -Smoking makes the skin look older and contributes to the formation of wrinkles. Smoking narrows small blood vessels in the outer layers of the skin, which reduces blood flow and makes the skin paler. Also, smoking removes oxygen and nutrients from the skin cells which are important for good skin health. Smoking damages collagen and elastin, the fibers that give skin tone and elasticity. But even repetitive facial expressions, which are done when smoking can contribute to the formation of wrinkles.

2-To keep the skin soft, careful treatment is needed. The time spent in the shower should be limited, as hot water removes fat from the skin. Therefore lukewarm water is recommended in its cleansing and not strong soap. The skin should then be dried with a soft towel, followed by a moisturizer containing SPF

3-Maintain a healthy diet.

Diet is associated with the appearance of acne. Studies show that a diet rich in fish oil or fish oil nutritional supplements low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates can make your skin look younger. Consuming water in abundant amounts helps to keep the skin hydrated. But, consuming as much raw fruits, vegetables and cereals help for a clean and healthy skin

4-Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make the skin more sensitive and cause acne to appear on the face and other skin problems. Stress must be managed to have healthy skin and a healthy mental state. Adequate sleep, some reasonable restrictions, shortening the list of things to do and doing things you enjoy give good results to relieve stress.
